We had the honour of having the renowned Chef Carles Mampel in Portugal for the first time, in two demonstrations: at the Ritz-Carlton Penha Longa Sintra Hotel and at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Porto. The Chef prepared several recipes with Elle&Vire products, in a gastronomic journey through the classics of French pastry and the most avant-garde current trends. He shared his immense knowledge with our customers, a very enriching experience for all!
